Vatican names some new sins

The Vatican has extended it's list of moral sins to include genetic experiments, pollution, drug abuse, excessive wealth and social injustice.

These are said to be 21st century issues which need to be addressed.

Traditionally mortal sins are those which are a breach of the Commandments - murder, adultery, stealing and lying to name a few.

The new sins were revealed by Gianfranco Girotti.
