Thundersprint 2008 This years Thundersprint will be held at Northwich Town Centre on May 10/11th. For those of you who haven’t heard of the Thundersprint here’s a little about it. The Thundersprint is quite simply the world's biggest biking party. It is one of the biggest motorcycle events in Europe. It features motorcycle sprint racing in the town centre which normally attracts notable motorcycling celebrities and of course the Thundersprint Cavalcade of Motorcycling History and the bike show. Despite being a world class event the Thundersprint has completely free admission and parking too is free of charge in Vale Royal Borough Council controlled parking areas. A couple of this years guests are Leon Haslam and Stuart Manning (best known as "Russ" from Hollyoaks). One of the highlights of this year’s Thundersprint Bike Show, which is being held at Winnington Park Rugby Club, Northwich, on Saturday 10 May, will be the chance to test ride one of the very latest 2008 Ducatis. As you can see the Thundersprint has something for every bike fan either young or old, hard core race fans, classic bike enthusiasts or someone who just likes to look at bikes.
